DEATH CERTIFICATE

93. One may not ask a non-Jew to write a death certificate on the Sabbath for the Jewish doctor to sign after the Sabbath. However if not doing so will result in an undue delay in the burial, thereby resulting in disrespect to the deceased, it is permitted[138].
