Please let me know the Halacha with regards to face plastic surgery,neck and face lifting, and soft lifting i.e. anti-ageing care such as wrinkles filling
Why is it against Jewish Law to donate organs if it will save a number of lives after yours has ended? I know that the body should be returned to the earth whole, but that doesn't make much sense if lives can be saved. What good will my organs do me once I am dead?
Under these conditions it is even a “Mitzvah” to donate..

יש לי חבר כבר 3 שנים, בתמוז הקרוב יהיה בן 22 ואני באדר בת 20. הוא כרגע בהסדר, נשארו לו עוד 8 חודשים בערך עד
נקבע לנו מועד לניתוח להסרת גידול מכליה, ליום א' י"ח תמוז תשע"ה, צום י"ז תמוז נדחה (5 ליולי 2015). האם ישנה מניעה הלכתית בביצוע הניתוח
שלום רב! אני בן 27, גובה 178 ומשקל 53. הייתה לי ירידה מתונה במשקל במשך כמה שנים, בבדיקות מקיפות לא נמצא כרגע סיבה ברורה לכך.
