Good morning I am a prospective medical student studying in South Africa. My course involves coming in contact with cadavers, which is a bit of
a severely brain damaged baby that is fed through its stomache- can one use a machine to regulate the feeding since with a syringe, it causes pain for the child when the food enters the stomache all at once.
It is certanily permissible to use a machine to control the food intake via a gastrostomy.
