A respected rav has issued a psak halacha in a medical issue. I have throughly researched the issue and I have documented the man to be incorrect on so many statements it is clear to me that he has deliberately misled those that asked him, pushut, I can document that he deliberately lied. I can debate the issue with piles of supporting documents. To what length am I required to go, to unveil this false psak? I believe it is of sufficient gravity, it may even be of interest to your summer conference.
I would suggest that you first show your evidence to another well known Rav and ask him for his advice
