How is Downs syndrome considered in Halacha? Is a man with down's syndrome eligible to make a Minyan and can he be called to the
I have previously been advised that attendances to medical conferences on shabbos are permitted and even desirable as long as no melocho is performed. Is this the case also with a conference that deals with the business aspects of setting up/running a medical practice??
