If a holeh she-yesh bo sakkana or a shekhiv me-ra requests to see a rabbi on Shabbat and the rabbi would have to travel to see him, is the rabbi permitted?

If there is a possibility that the holeh she-yesh bo sakkana will become worse if his request is not granted immediately on Shabbat, a gentile may be sent to drive the rabbi in.
