אכילה בבוקר יוה"כ לחולה הזקוק לתזונה

מצורפת בזה בקשה לפסק הלכה בעניין אכילה ביום כיפור הבעל"ט מאדם בן 65.
אשמח לבירור שלך בנושא הרפואי – עד כמה נחוצה סעודה שלימה בבוקרו של יו"כ בטיפול כזה, ועל פי זה אם אפשר לצום או לאכול ב'שיעורים'.

תיאור המצב באנגלית:

As per earlier conversation the following is information regarding treatment I'm undergoing to be"H cure chronic Hepatitis C genotype 1A. I am being treated with Exviera, Viekirax  and Rebetol. Treatment is for 24 weeks and pills in prescribed dosages are to be taken with full meals (required to produce enough bile to enable absorption of medication) at 12 hour intervals. For the treatment to be effective I was told it is essential to stick to this schedule for the full 24 weeks without exception, as any break in the schedule of medication allows the virus to resume replication. As this will include Yom Kippur I'd be most appreciative if you would confirm that by following my doctor's  instructions  I will  be acting in accordance with halacha. 

  I am under the care of DR Yoav  Luria at  Shaare Zedek hospital who prescribed the medication.
