is an ablution (not sure of spelling) a scraping of uterine lining for permanent prevention of menstration to one to whom menstration is extremely painful (woman in late forties who was mikayam pru urvu) reduces chances of pregnancy to 5%- is this considered sirus or not

הבת שלי בת שמונה חודשים אוכלת רק סימילאק. אשתי ואני לא הצלחנו למצוא שיש לזה הכשר לפסח האם תוכל לעזור לי הן בבדיקת השאלה האם
יש לי מטופל, תלמיד חכם, שאינו סומך על העירוב בירושלים וגם לא על העירוב השכונתי, כי לדעתו לא ניתן להתיר טלטול עם צורת הפתח בלבד.
