I a single female frum nurse and was wonder as a baal teshuvah what guidelines can you advice me on regarding practice. What am I allowed to do/not do? What about Shabbos and Yontiv? Whom should I contact here in the states regarding questions. I am planning on going into critical care. Please advice

יש לי שאלה שמטרידה אותי כבר זמן רב, אני בן 42 יש לי חבר שהיה במצב מאוד מסוכן, וב"ה היום הוא הבריא, מאז נקשרתי אליו
אני בהריון חודש שני וסובלת מאד מבחילות. המצב גרוע ביותר כאשר אני על "בטן ריקה". מה אפשר לעשות בנושא זה בעת הצום?
