I a single female frum nurse and was wonder as a baal teshuvah what guidelines can you advice me on regarding practice. What am I allowed to do/not do? What about Shabbos and Yontiv? Whom should I contact here in the states regarding questions. I am planning on going into critical care. Please advice

שלום רב – אני שואל את השאלה הזאת בתור רופא משפחה, שלא מעט מטפל בחברים/שכנים/חולים בשכונה שלי בשבת. בקיצור, בא אליי חבר שלי שאובחן בערב
שלום רב, אישתי בשבוע 29 להיריון. לפני שבוע החל אצלה דימום (כשעתיים לאחר שהיינו ביחד). בבדיקה התגלה שהשליה נמצאת למטה בשולי הפתח. כרגע אישתי מאושפזת
