כבוד הרב, שלום, אני סטודנט בלימודים לתואר ב 'מדעי הרפואה' המכוון לעיסוק במחקר רפואי. שאלתי היא כיצד עליי לנהוג בדיסקציות הנערכות כחלק מקורס בנוירואנטומיה השנה?

I am a skin doctor and would like to know if it is permissible to attend a cosmetic medicine conference ( eg botox, fillers, lasers etc…) on Shabbos ?

In principal, you may attend the Conference, even if there is no minyan that you can attend, only if you do not mechallel Shabbat even Rabbinically. However, there is a problem of mariit ma'ayin in that non-religious Jews who are there will surprised to see you there, especially if they know you or can tell from your appearance that you are religious. My advice to you is not to attend – you can always buy the tapes afterwards.

אינני בטוחה שזה נקרא תחום הרפואה, אך זה הכי מתקרב.. שאלתי היא לגבי ההלכה שבקיצוש"ע מקור חיים שאומרת שאסור להתפלל כאשר איננו נקיים. מה לגבי
שלום לרב, אני נוטלת גלולות למניעת הריון. בגלולות אלו, אם אני מאחרת ליטול אותן בכמה שעות מהזמן הקבוע אזי מופיעים לי כתמים. גם לפני החתונה
