I ASKED THIS QUESTION PREVIOUSLY BUT MY ENQUIRY WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.
My son has life threatening allergies that would cause anaphylaxis and has to carry an Epipen. Can he carry this on Shabbos? Does it have to be made into a belt?

If you live where there is an eruv there is no problem. If there is no eruv he should carry it in an unusual manner, for example, between his shirt and his vest or strapped to his thigh or upper arm.

שלום רב! ההתלבטות שלי מתייחסת לצום יום כיפור. הבעיה שהבריאות שלי חלשה: היה לי אולקוס, ואני סובלת מכאבי כיבה. כמעט תמיד בסוף הצום (אפילו יומי)
