Dear Rabbi:
We just had our first son and he has hypospadias Chordee which we have been told can be surgically corrected between 6-18 months. I see Rabbi Auerbach discussed this issue.
My question is, being a kohen, does this in anyway invalidate the Kohen function in the Bais HaMichdash like a mum?

Since the operation is for a corrective purpose and the final result will BE"H be a normal child, there is no problem.
BE"H both you and he should be zoche to do avodah in the Beth HaMikdash

The postponment of the Brit Mila is done halakhically. Nowadays there are no limitation upon the father who is a Cohen to act fully as a Cohen.
