I am an American physician (renal and pediatric pathology) interested in learning milah in Israel and was wondering what mechanisms might be available to come learn in Israel. I understand that currently in the US opportunities to apprentice are very limited.

I also spoke with a very experienced Mohel that I know personally, who also teaches. His name is Rabbi Eyal Melamed and his number is 050-673-5515. He said that you can contact him and discuss the issue with him (he speaks Hebrew). You can mention my name.
