locating an article on Ebola, Bikur Holim and endangerment

I am writing in the name of Dina Frank Rice, the interlibrary loan librarian at the NIH library in Bethesda, Maryland. She is trying to locate the Hebrew article by Visinger entitled
מחלת האבולה וביקור חולים: ביקור חולים במחלות מדבקות מסוכנות – היבטים הלכתיים
in the journal Assia. We have the volume listed as 26 and the year as 2016, hopefully this is correct.
