I am writing to you after reading an article i found on the Jerusalem Post web site on the artificial insemination.

I am a doctoral student in the observatory of religions at IEP Aix en Provence,France. My research focuses on biomedicine, religion and law, I compare between Judaism and Islam with regard to organ transplantation, of medically assisted procreation and euthanasia.

I wanted to know if you can help me getting any information of the situation is in israel

and especially the legal texts governing this matter under Israeli law.
