שלום רב, אני סטודנט בן 25. אחותי הגדולה עובדת כאחות חדר מיון בהדסה עין כרם, ובמסגרת חיפושי העבודה שלי, היא אמרה לי שמחפשים עובדים למוקד
As a parent of a child with hydrocephalus I would like to know if a first born baby boy with this condition is required to have a pidyon haben. I would also like to know if there are any other halachic issues we should be aware of? A response will be greatly appreciated.
A Mother.
1. If the baby does not suffer from extreme deformities that radically reduce his lifespan to several months – A Pidyon is required. If there are such extreme deformities, then one must contact a Rav personally.

שלו-ם רב, כחלק מאיבחון דלקת הערמונית נדרש המטופל לעבור בדיקה הנקראת מסג' פרוסטטי. בבדיקה זו מחדיר הרופא את אצבעו (דרך פי הטבעת) לעבר בלוטת הערמונית
