I have to reconstruct the ankle of an Orthodox Rabbi. The surgery includes use of a bone and cartilage graft from a cadaver as cartilage repair from other sources is typically unsuccessful. Am I able to use a graft from a cadaver?
I presume you live outside Israel. If the Rav is not a Cohen there is no problem
