also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

שלום כבוד הרב, לבעלי יש בעיה רפואית (דלקת כרונית בשלפוחית השתן) לדברי הרופא אסור לו להתאפק הרבה זמן בנושא התפרקות הזרע (בין 3-5 ימים). חשוב
אישה שיש לה התקן ורואה דימומים בזמן נידתה אך יותר מהרגיל, האם מותר לה לקצר את זמן ההמתנה לתחילת ספירה של שבעה נקיים?
