also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

אני מתנדב במד"א איילון/י-ם,נוצר בעיה,לפעמים יש מקרים שאינם ממש דחופים(החולה היא בת)ושלחו את האמבולנס שלנו לשם,היינו צריכים לראות ולבדוק איברים מכוסים(יש לזכור,שהחולה היא בת). האם
אבא שלי חולה, הוא ממש לא מרגיש טוב, האם הוא צריך לצום את צום יום כיפור בכל מצב? אני מבקשת שתשלחו לי תשובה בהקדם! תודה.
