שלום וברכה, העור שלי בהיר מאוד ונשרף בקלות. בשבת אני נוהגת לצאת לטייל במרחבים. ללא קרם שיזוף, אני אאלץ להישאר ספונה בביתי. איך עלי לנהוג?
