Giving a lecture on Shabbat
Dear Rabbanim, I have been invited to give 2 lectures at the most prestigious meeting in my field. However, they fall on Shabbat. Is it
is a person allowed to turn a feeding machine on shabbat for a severely brain damaged child that is fed through their stomache, given that using a syringe will not be efficient enough and also will send the food too quickly into the stomache?
also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

But wherever it is possible, those action should take place “Beshinuy”
2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

אני בת 46, ונמנית על הציבור החרדי-לאומי. אני אם לחמישה ילדים בחמישה ניתוחים קיסריים. (האחרון שבהם לפני 11.5 שנים) בשנים האחרונות קיימות אצלי מספר בעיות:
היננו נשואים כ5 חודשים ורציתי לישאול את כבוד הרב מה הם הסימנים להריון בשלב הראשוני? והאם הרגשה של הוסת קשורה בצד כל שהוא להיתפתחויות בהריון?
אני נמצאת בשבוע 33 להריון, האם אני צריכה לצום בתשעה באב?, אני סובלת מסחרחורת במידה ואני לא שותה מספיק.
