also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

שלום! אני סובל מאדמומיות באזור הצוואר. הרופא המליץ לי לעשות הסרת שיער בליזר.אולם ידוע לי שהגרוגרת לפי שיטות מסוימות היא גם פאה. אציין שאין בעיה
אני מניקה כבר שנה וחמישה חודשים וללא מחזור. לפני כחצי שנה שמתי התקן תוך רחמי (ללא הורמונים). וכאמור: ללא מחזור וללא שום כתמים. בשבועיים האחרונים
בני נולד לפני כשנתיים אם רגליים קשתיות כלומר מרווח גדול בין הרגליים בצורת קשת , פנינו לשני רופאים שאמרו לי כי הדבר ייסתדר עד גיל
