שלום אני אמא לילד בן 4 ותינוקת בת 8 חודשים אני מניקה הנקה מלאה פה ושם מאכלים בכוח היא מסרבת ובזמן האחרון אני לא יודעת
אני מניקה הנקה מלאה בין 10-12 ארוחות ביום לתינוקת בת 7 שבועות. אני מפחדת שלא אוכל לצום מפני שההנקה מצמיאה אותי מאוד ואני לא שואבת
