שלום רב! ברצוני לשאול, האם נישואי קרובים עלולים ליצור בעיות גנטיות, ומהן ההשלכות לדורות הבאים: חצי דוד לאחיינית= 2 אחים למחצה החולקים את אותה אמא

also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

But wherever it is possible, those action should take place “Beshinuy”
2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

ביום כיפור אהיה בשבוע ה- 20 להריוני. בסקירת מערכות מוקדמת נמצא שהשיליה נמוכה. הרופאה אמרה לשתות הרבה ולהשתדל לנוח. איך עליי לנהוג ביום כיפור? תודה.
בחודש יולי 2003 אובחן בזרועי גידול מסוג אוסטאוסרקומה. במועד זה נישאתי, והחילותי טיפול בכימוטרפיה במשך שמונה חודשים (cicplatinum/andreamizin/metroteksat). סיימתי את הטיפול במרץ 2004. עובר לטיפול
