הנדון: מניעת התייבשות ליונקת ומניקה ביוה"כ שלום וברכה. בתי בת 10 שבועות וב"ה ניזונה מהנקה בלבד. תפוקת החלב שלי תלויה ישירות בנוזלים ובמזון שאני צורכת
