שלום. אני בטיפול התחלתי (חודשיים) בהפרעות אכילה, סובלת מאנורקסיה, לפי הטיפול יש לי תפריט מדוייק לכל יום, לפעמים אני חורגת קצת מהתפריט ואוכלת פחות. מה
