שלום. ברצוני לשאול האם מותר לעשות איפור קבוע מתחת לעיניים. יש לציין שהקוסמטיקאית טוענת שהאיפור הוא לצמיתות. מדובר באישה נשואה. מצפה לתשובה בקרוב.בתודה מראש
