also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

לכבוד הרב דר' הלפרין שלום וברכה בנוגע לבדיקת קולפוסקופיה, הבנתי שאינה אמורה לחדור לרחם אלא מתבצעת בצוואר הרחם. שאלתי מתייחסת לאישה שהבדיקה בוצעה אצלה בחודש
לרב ד"ר הלפרין שלום רב אמי זקוקה להזנה ישירות לקיבה בשעות הלילה . בין 8 ל- 8. המכשיר בו היא משתמשת לצורך זה הוא חשמלי.
