also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

שלום נולד לנו בן ביום שישי 30/6 לפני שקיעה. הילד נזקק לטיפול מיד לאחר הלידה ע"י טובוס, ולאחר מכן באינקובטור וחמצן 60% כיון שהתקשה לשמור
אם זה שאני יכול לראות שיש לי וריקוצלה למרות שאני לא רואה שהאשך השמאלי יותר קטן נותן סיכוי גבוה בהרבה לזרע פגום? או שכמעט וכל
