also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

אני בהריון בשבוע 10 ( הריון 3) הרופא אמרה לי לשתות בצום (יום כיפור) אבל ברגע שאני לא אוכלת יש לי בחילות ומרגישה לא טוב
אשתי בתחילת הריון, שישי, (טרם ביקרה אצל רופא) עד עתה כל ההריונות היו תקינות למעט הראשון בו הפילה. בצומות סובלת מסחרחורות. לפעמים עם תחושת "שחור"
חליתי בברונכיטיס. הרופאה אמרה שאסור לי לצום ביום כיפור. אינני סובלת ממחלות ברקע. מה עלי לעשות? האם יש צורך בפרטים נוספים?
