I sent a lot of letters. I have the inflamation of prostate and went to a lot of doctors and took medicine a lot, but I havent been cured from my illness. I want to consult with you is there any efficiency medicine for this illness ?

Your question is not a medical-halachic question, so it is not our goal in the IRP (International Responsa Project).
But I shall try to give you some guidelines:
1. Most antibiotics do not penetrate the prostate, so they cannot cure bacterial infections in the prostate .
2. Ciproflaxacin HCl (generic name), or Oflaxacine (generic name) are wide spectrum antibiotics, and they can cure prostatitis if taken correctly for 45 days.
3. Eating fresh garlic 3 times a week may also help in some cases.
4. All of the above- only after consulting a certified physician
