Doctor – driving to work on Shabbos
Hello. I am a doctor working in Melbourne, Australia. I graduated from University of Melbourne in 2010. I'm currently training to be a general practitioner
a severely brain damaged baby that is fed through its stomache- can one use a machine to regulate the feeding since with a syringe, it causes pain for the child when the food enters the stomache all at once.
It is certanily permissible to use a machine to control the food intake via a gastrostomy.
