I work as a family doctor.If a patient presents with an unwanted pregnancy and requests an abortion ,am I allowed to help her by giving a referral to a clinic that performs abortions??
You should attempt to persuade her not to have the abortion and perhaps enlist the offices of a Rav who can explain to her the enormity of the act. If all fails you may refer her "for advice"
