שמיעת קול שופר בשמירת הריון עודף
אני מעדת אשכנז בהריון בשבוע 41 עם בצקות ברגליים … קיבלתי הוראה להשאר בבית עם רגליים מורמות. אין לי אפשרות של שמיעת תקיעת שופר בבית.
The doctors have declared the person dead and the local Rav agrees, but the body remains on life support machines. Can organs be donated to a non-Jew? Must the recipient be in the same hospital? Can the cornea be donated?
As long as a Jew has the option to be a recipient, it is permitted to donate organ for any recipient without discrimination.
