Definition of 'Choleh' in the Halachah, following Q#3402
How sick does the person (infant, toddler, child, teen or adult) have to be to be considered a "choleh" especially in our generation where most
This is a question I was asked in New York by a professor working in genetics.:
If an egg from a non jewish woman is implanted into a jewish surrogate mother who subsequently gives birth to a baby, is the baby jewish??
Also if an egg from a Jewish woman is implanted into a non Jewish woman is the child Jewish?
