I’m having trouble finding Yoreh Deah Simon 345 in the Hebrew edition, but it exists in the English edition. The issue is as follows: There seems to be a difference of opinion about the definition of a shoteh between what Dr. Abraham says (in the English edition) and what Rav Dovid Cohen (Brooklyn, NY) seems to hold.
