Patient on life support after an aortic burst and stroke to the brain, with no brain activity

I got Dr Haperns name from Dr. Danny Hain. My husband Dr. Elie Lepkifker is currently on a respirator due to an aortic burst and subsequent stroke to the brain. There is no current brain activity. He is at Tel Hashomer Hospital in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Is there anyone who I can speak to as soon as possible to help me determine how to move forward with regard to life support for my husband.
