reference to Jewish Medical Ethics books

Hi Dr. Halperin,
I just graduated from the Technion Institute in Haifa in the English MD program and am soon beginning my internship/residency. I was browsing through the different books you have and I wanted to know if you can please give me a good recommendation for a conclusive book/s to by for practical use.
These were my interests:
1. Jewish Medical Ethics Series
2. Halachot for the Physician for Shabbat and Festivals
3. Halachot for the Patient on the Shabbat, Festivals and Yom Kippur (NOT SURE IF NECESSARY IF I GET ONE FOR PHYSICIAN)
4. Jewish Medical Halacha Journal -Regarding this, what topics are brought up in the journal? Does it present Halacha/research done?

It is recommended to be acquainted with the following:

a.  A useful practical handbook is – "Halachot for the Physician on the Sabbath and Festivals"
By A.S. Abraham, M.D., F.R.C.P. (with some chapters available online).

b.  A comprehensive source is – Nishmat Avraham : Medical Halachah for Doctors, Nurses, Health-Care Personnel and Patients" – Artscroll Mesorah Publications , By A.S. Abraham, M.D., F.R.C.P. (which is an older version than the Hebrew one).

Proper use of these sources can be made when accompanied with solid knowledge of Halachot of Shabbat (such as Shmirat Shabbat Ke-Hilchatah).
