also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

שלום גילו לי נוגדנים חיוביים להפלה עד סיום הבירור שיהיה עוד כמה חודשים אסור לי להשתמש בגלולות אנחנו מאוד רוצים לנסות להכנס להריון לאחר הבירור
שלום וברכה, אני בהריון בשבוע 11 הריון תקין ברוך ה'. אני מרגישה עייפה וחלשה וסובלת מבחילות קשות ללא הקאות בכלל. בצום אהיה לבד עם ילדתי
