also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

אני עושה עבודה בתושב"ע בנוגע לצניעות ברופאות. הבנתי שכדי להיכנס לחדרי ניתוח יש להיכנס לבגדים סטרילים. בין הביגוד הסטרילי לא נמצאת חצאית ולכן שאלתי היא

שלום! ברצוני לשאול איך אמורים להתייחס, לפי ההלכה, להומו/לסבית? האם מותר לצרף הומו למניין? האם להתייחס אליהם כאל "תינוקות שנישבו"? האם לנסות להתחבר אליהם בכלל?
