also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

שלום וברכה אבקש לשאול על דעת ההלכה לגבי פונדקאות. הרקע – בת משפחה שנולדה ללא רחם אך ישנן שחלות (הילדה כבת 7 שנים). אודה על
האים מותר לחולת סכרת ליבדוק את הסוכר שלה בדם בשבת (אגב בודקים את דם דרך דקירה +הוצאת דם) והאם מותר להוציא את הסטיק מהמכשיר בשבת
שלום. לאישתי ולי יש בעיה בקיום יחסי אישות מלאים בגלל בעיות שאישתי מטפלת כרגע בהם אנחנו לא יכולים לקיים יחסים עם חדירה. הדבר קשה לנו
