אני בהריון שבוע 32 עם אנמיה קלה (המוגלובין 10.5), הגורמת לסחרחורות מידי פעם. בהריון הקודם היתה לי לידה מוקדמת (שבוע 35-36). האם עלי לצום? אשמח
