לרב שלום! רציתי לדעת האם כדורים "עיקולקס" מבית אלטמן כשרים לפסח. כתוב שהם בכשרות רגילה בהשגחת הרב י.מ. לווינגר באזל, ובאישור הרבנות הראשית. לא כתוב

also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

נגיד ואני סובל מכאב ראש האם מותר לקחת כדור שהוא נטחן כמו אקמול או דקסמול? האם עדיף לקחת אדוויל שהוא לא נטחן? בגלל שאני אלרגי
האם יוצאים ידי חובת פריה ורביה עם הולדת ילד עם תסמונת דאון? (ספק מוליד). יש לו שתי אחיות.
