שלום, קראתי בהלכה שצריך אחרי שהולכים לשירותים לנקות את פי הטבעת במים, בשביל להתפלל או לברך או ללמוד תורה בנקיות אני מנקה את עצמי עם

also, with regards to working in a hospital in chutz laaretz where all the patients are non jews, what is the source allowing a jewish doctor who has to work on shabbos in this hospital- something about the way the non jews will treat us, if he doesnt?

But wherever it is possible, those action should take place “Beshinuy”
2. It is permitted to treat a gentile on Shabbat.

שאלה קשה. היום אחרי תהפוכות רבות מבלי ששוחחתי עם בעלי על המצב ( רק מסביב מבלי לגעת בנקודה ממש). אני יודעת שהוא נמשך לגברים. הוא
האם אישה בהריון (ראשון עם תאומים) צריכה/יכולה לצום ביום כיפור? אני בחודש שביעי להריון, ההריון הוא טבעי, כלומר ללא טיפולים. הוא אינו מוגדר כהריון בסיכון.
