שלום אני עובדת עם נכים המוגבלים מבחינה פיזית ושיכלית ,התלויים ב100 % במטפלים בהם! במסגרת העבודה יש צורך להשאר שבתות דבר זה עלול להביא לחילול

Your question is not a medical-halachic question, so it is not our goal in the IRP (International Responsa Project).
But I shall try to give you some guidelines:
1. Most antibiotics do not penetrate the prostate, so they cannot cure bacterial infections in the prostate .
2. Ciproflaxacin HCl (generic name), or Oflaxacine (generic name) are wide spectrum antibiotics, and they can cure prostatitis if taken correctly for 45 days.
3. Eating fresh garlic 3 times a week may also help in some cases.
4. All of the above- only after consulting a certified physician
