What is the Orthodox perspective on genetic screening for couples who are already married. Is it recommended that one or both parties get tested? Which diseases should the couple be screened for? Does the recommendation change if the woman is already pregnant? At what point in the pregnancy
would the recommendation change? Finally, which of the genetic and other tests that can be performed on fetuses are Halachically permissible? Does the age of the mother matter?
