What are halachic opinions re acceptibity of cognitive enhancing agents eg drugs, antenatal exposure to such agents , computer chip enhancment etc ie re personal permissibility, re social acceptance etc ( mostly still fantasy but in real life the acceptibility of psycho stimulants and memory enhancers in "normal people" ) Would appreciate your views ,mareh mekomos,any piskei halochoh Are there any formulated hashkofo sources Would appreciate any help
